Industries

Every shipment visible, every document filed before the truck moves.

Carriers and forwarders in the Kingdom juggle waybills, customs entries, driver calls and customer chasers across several systems. We build the dispatch, tracking and integration layer that puts those into one place and files the paperwork while the truck is still loading.

Before and after

What this removes.

Dispatch run from WhatsApp and a whiteboard

Today

Planners assign loads by phone, and nobody has a reliable view of which truck is where or which driver is out of hours.

With the system

A dispatch board with live vehicle position, load status and driver availability, updated from the driver's phone.

Waybills keyed in twice

Today

Staff enter the same shipment into the transport system and then again into the government platform, and a typo holds the truck at the gate.

With the system

One entry in your system produces the waybill record automatically, with errors flagged before the truck leaves.

Customers who call to ask where it is

Today

Account managers spend their day answering status calls because tracking data sits with the driver or the carrier. Every call interrupts planning for the next load.

With the system

A tracking page and notifications in Arabic and English, so customers see the same status your team does.

Proof of delivery that arrives a week late

Today

Signed paper notes come back in batches, invoicing waits on them, and disputes drag on without evidence.

With the system

Photo and signature captured at drop-off, attached to the shipment, and invoice-ready the same day.

Regulatory and contractual

What actually applies.

Transport General Authority and Bayan

The Transport General Authority requires road freight movements to be covered by an electronic waybill issued through its Bayan platform. We integrate your transport management system with Bayan's published interfaces so the waybill is created from the booking itself. Your operating licences with the Authority are your own to hold.

Customs integration

Cross-border and port movements involve ZATCA customs declarations and the FASAH platform for clearance steps. We connect your shipment records to the data those declarations need, reduce re-keying and keep a clear status trail between booking, declaration and release.

Vehicle and driver data

Location tracking of drivers is personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law. We design tracking with clear purpose limits, working-hours boundaries and retention rules so you can explain to a driver exactly what is collected and why.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Can you connect to Bayan if we run a commercial TMS?

Usually yes. We integrate through your TMS's own APIs where they exist, or build a connector alongside it, and we confirm the integration route with your vendor before committing to a timeline.

How accurate is live vehicle tracking?

Accuracy depends on the tracking hardware or phone, not on our software, and signal along desert routes varies. We work with the GPS units you already run, show last-reported position clearly, and flag vehicles that have stopped reporting.

How long does a dispatch system take to deliver?

A first release with load planning, driver app and customer tracking usually takes 12 to 16 weeks, with a pilot on one depot before the whole fleet. Customs and ERP integrations are scoped separately, and we sequence them so dispatch goes live first.

Will drivers actually use the app?

Adoption comes from keeping it simple. We test with real drivers early, use large Arabic controls, minimise typing, and design for low-end phones and patchy coverage along intercity routes.

Show us a shipment's paper trail.

Walk us through one load from booking to invoice. We will mark every place it is typed twice and tell you which ones software can remove.
