Game development company in Saudi Arabia
Game Development for studios, brands and apps that want players to come back
Mobile games, Unity builds, gamified apps and live-ops for the fastest-growing gaming market in the region.

Overview
Saudi Arabia has a young, mobile-first audience and a growing national push behind gaming and esports. That creates room for studios shipping original titles, and for brands, banks, retailers and training teams that want game mechanics inside their own products.
We build mobile games, Unity projects, gamified applications and the live operations that keep a game healthy after launch. That includes analytics, events, balancing and updates, because a launch is where the real work starts.
Arabic matters in games more than most teams expect. Right-to-left interface layouts, Arabic fonts that stay readable at small sizes, text that expands and contracts, culturally fitting art and themes, and payment options your players already use all need planning from the first prototype, not patching before release.
Who this is for
- You have a game idea and want a playable prototype before committing a full budget.
- Your brand wants a campaign game or a loyalty mechanic inside its app.
- You launched a game and need a team to run events, updates and analytics.
- Your existing game plays well in English and feels wrong in Arabic.
What you get
Mobile games from prototype to store
A playable prototype first, so you judge the feel before funding the full build. Then production for iOS and Android, store submission, and performance tuning on the mid-range phones most players actually own.
Unity development
Gameplay systems, tools, 2D and 3D content integration and cross-platform builds, written so your team can maintain and extend them. Clean project structure and handover documentation come standard.
Gamification for your product
Points, levels, streaks, challenges and rewards added to loyalty apps, learning platforms and customer journeys, designed around the behaviour you want, not decoration.
Live operations and analytics
Event calendars, remote configuration, player funnels and retention reports, so each update is decided by what players do. We run the loop with you after launch.

How long does it take to build a mobile game?
A small casual game can reach a playable build in weeks and a store release in a few months. Larger games with progression systems, online features and live content take longer. We start with a prototype and a scoped plan, then give a range, so you are not guessing at a single date.
Do you work only in Unity?
Unity is our main engine for mobile and cross-platform titles because of its tooling and talent pool. For lightweight casual or web-based experiences we may recommend a simpler stack. We choose the engine for the game and the team that will maintain it, not for habit.
Can you add game mechanics to our existing app?
Yes. Gamification works best when tied to a specific behaviour, such as completing a profile, repeat purchases or finishing a course. We define that behaviour with you, design the rewards, build the mechanics into your app and measure whether the behaviour actually changes.
What happens after the game launches?
Launch is the start of live operations. We can run analytics, schedule events, tune balance, fix bugs and ship updates on a monthly arrangement. You can also take that work in house, and we hand over the build pipeline, dashboards and documentation so the move is straightforward.
