QA & Software Testing before your users find the bugs

Automated and manual testing that catches defects before your customers or your auditors do.

Overview

A defect found in testing costs a fix. The same defect found by a customer costs a fix, an apology and sometimes a contract. For systems that handle invoices, payments or personal data, that difference is large.

Procul Digital provides manual QA and test management, test automation, performance and load testing, and mobile app testing, either on software we build or on systems built by others. Testing covers Arabic content and right-to-left layouts, which generic test plans often skip.

You get a clear picture of release readiness: what was tested, what failed, what is fixed, and what risk remains. We work alongside your developers so bugs reach them early, with clear steps to reproduce.

Who this is for

  • A release is coming and nobody can say how well it was tested.
  • Every change breaks something that used to work.
  • You expect heavy traffic and have never load tested.
  • Your app is fine in English and unreliable in Arabic.

What you get

Manual QA and test management

Test plans traced to requirements, exploratory sessions, and defect reports that developers can reproduce. Release sign-off rests on evidence, not opinion.

Test automation

Regression suites run on every build, so a change in one module does not quietly break another. Suites are handed over with documentation for your own team.

Performance and load testing

We simulate peak traffic, such as a national day sale or a payroll run, and show where the system slows down and what to change before real users hit that limit.

Mobile and localization testing

Real devices across iOS and Android versions, plus Arabic text, Hijri dates, ZATCA invoice outputs and payment flows with mada and Apple Pay in test environments.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Can you test software that someone else built?

Yes. We test systems from other vendors and in-house teams. We start by agreeing the scope and the risks that matter most, then report findings in a form the original developers can act on, so independent testing improves relationships rather than straining them.

How much of our testing should be automated?

Automate stable, repetitive checks that run on every release, such as core journeys and regression suites. Keep exploratory and usability checks manual. We propose the split after reviewing your product, because automating unstable features wastes effort.

Do you test with real data?

We prefer anonymized or synthetic data, particularly where personal data falls under PDPL. If real data must be used, we agree handling rules with you first and keep testing inside the environment you control.

What will we get at the end of a test cycle?

A test summary with coverage, defects by severity and status, and a plain release-readiness view. You also receive the test cases and any automation scripts, so the work stays with your company rather than with us.
