ERP implementation in Saudi Arabia
ERP Implementation for Saudi finance and operations teams
SAP, Odoo and Dynamics 365 implemented, customized and wired to ZATCA e-invoicing.

Overview
An ERP is the system your finance, inventory, purchasing and operations teams will live in for a decade. Most ERP projects go wrong not in the software but in scoping, data migration and training. We spend our effort there.
Procul Digital implements and supports SAP, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and connects any of them to ZATCA e-invoicing. We help you choose the platform that fits your size and complexity, localize it for Saudi VAT, Arabic documents and Hijri dates, and migrate your data with reconciliation at each step.
After go-live, we provide ongoing ERP support so the system keeps pace with your business. At the start we also agree who owns each process decision, because a missing owner is the most common cause of delay.
Who this is for
- Finance runs on spreadsheets and the close takes too long.
- Your current ERP cannot meet ZATCA requirements.
- Branches or subsidiaries keep separate books that do not consolidate.
- A past ERP project stalled and needs a recovery plan.
What you get
Platform fit, not platform loyalty
SAP for complex groups, Odoo for fast-moving mid-size firms, Dynamics 365 for Microsoft-centered organizations. We recommend based on your processes and budget, and tell you when you do not need a large ERP.
ZATCA e-invoicing integration
Invoices are generated, signed and reported to the ZATCA platform from inside the ERP, with the QR code and the required XML structure, and tested before go-live.
Data migration with reconciliation
Customers, vendors, items and opening balances are cleaned, loaded in trial runs, and reconciled against your books so finance trusts the numbers on day one.
Training and support
Role-based training in Arabic and English, a hypercare period after go-live, and a support plan for fixes, enhancements and upgrades.

Asked before signing.
SAP, Odoo or Dynamics 365: how do we choose?
It depends on process complexity, user count, existing Microsoft use, budget and how much customization you expect. We run a short fit assessment against your requirements and give a written recommendation with the trade-offs, including the option of starting smaller and moving up later.
Does the ERP handle ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. We configure or build the integration so invoices follow ZATCA's technical requirements, including the QR code, XML structure, cryptographic stamp and reporting or clearance flow for your phase. We test in the ZATCA sandbox before anything goes live.
How do you protect our data during migration?
We migrate in trial runs on a copy, reconcile balances with finance after each run, and keep the source system untouched until sign-off. Access to data is limited to named people, and personal data is handled in line with PDPL.
Who supports the ERP after go-live?
We do, under a support plan that covers incidents, user questions, small enhancements and version upgrades. You can also ask us to train your internal team to take first-line support, with us remaining available for the harder cases.
