UI/UX design company in Saudi Arabia

UI/UX Design for products people finish using

Research, design systems and right-to-left interfaces that people in the Kingdom find obvious to use.

Overview

Most failed products do not fail on features. They fail because users cannot find what they need, abandon a form halfway, or distrust a screen that feels like a translation. Design is where those problems are cheapest to fix.

Procul Digital runs UX research, interface design, design systems, interactive prototyping and usability testing for web and mobile products. Our starting point is Arabic: right-to-left flows, Arabic type, and patterns Saudi users already know from banking, delivery and government apps.

You get designs your developers can build from and your stakeholders can test before a single line of production code exists.

Who this is for

  • Users drop off at registration, checkout or a long form.
  • Your product looks different on every screen and every platform.
  • You are about to build and want to test the idea first.
  • Your English interface was never properly adapted to Arabic.

What you get

UX research

Interviews, task analysis and review of your current analytics show where users struggle. Findings come as a short prioritized list, not a long report nobody opens.

UI and design systems

A consistent component library in Arabic and English, with spacing, type and states defined once. New screens then take hours, not weeks, and stay on brand.

Arabic RTL done properly

Mirrored layouts, directional icons, mixed Arabic and Latin text, Arabic numerals and Hijri date pickers are designed in, not patched on after development.

Prototypes and usability tests

Clickable prototypes let you test with real users in Arabic before you commit to a build, so expensive mistakes surface while they are still cheap.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Do you design in Arabic first or English first?

We design both from the start and begin with whichever language most of your users read. Designing Arabic as an afterthought usually breaks layouts, so we test both directions on every key screen before handing the files to developers.

What do we receive at the end?

Design files organized for developers, a component library with documented states, interactive prototypes, and a short research summary with prioritized recommendations. If we are also building, designers stay involved through development to check the result against the design.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We build the interface on your brand colors, type and tone, and extend them where a product needs more than a brochure style guide gives. If guidelines are missing or outdated, we can propose a lightweight system for the product.

How do you test usability with Saudi users?

We run short moderated sessions or unmoderated task tests with people who resemble your customers, in Arabic, on the devices they actually use. We report what blocked them and what to change, in order of impact on your goals.
