What you are actually hiring
You are hiring one person's time, by the month, with the employment side handled for you. That is different from hiring a firm. The developer sits in your standups, takes tickets from your board and answers to your technical lead, but their contract, payroll, equipment and leave cover run through us. Think of it as a permanent hire without the permanence.
Because the person is named, you can check their fit before you commit. You see a profile, a short summary of what they have built in your stack, and you speak to them directly. Most buyers ask about three things: how they handle Arabic requirements such as right-to-left layouts and Hijri dates, how they communicate when blocked, and whether they have worked on a codebase they did not write.
Common stacks include Laravel and PHP for commerce and portals, Node and TypeScript for APIs, .NET for enterprise back ends, React and Next.js for web, Flutter for mobile, and Odoo or SAP-adjacent customisation for ERP work. If your stack is rarer, tell us and we say plainly whether we can match it before you spend time interviewing.
