Process automation in Saudi Arabia
Process Automation for Saudi operations and finance teams
RPA, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 workflows that take repeat work off your team without a rebuild.

Overview
Most companies have a handful of tasks that eat hours every week: re-keying data into a portal, chasing approvals in email, copying figures from a PDF into a sheet. Automation can remove that work, but only if the right tool is matched to the right task. Used on the wrong task, it adds a new thing to maintain.
Procul Digital builds two kinds of automation. Robotic process automation (RPA) uses software bots to operate screens and documents when a system has no usable API. Power Platform and Microsoft 365 give companies already on Microsoft a faster way to build internal apps, flows and document systems. We choose between them, and between either and a proper integration, on the merits.
Every automation we deliver has an owner, a log, an exception path and a plan for when the underlying system changes. We work in Arabic and English, handle Arabic documents and portals, and build to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and, where your sector needs them, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
Who this is for
- Staff re-key the same data between portals, spreadsheets and the ERP every day.
- You are on Microsoft 365 and want apps and approvals without a long software project.
- A past script or flow broke when a screen changed and nobody could fix it.
- SharePoint has grown messy and documents are hard to find or risky to share.
What you get
RPA with honest limits
Bots for repeat portal and document work, built with exception queues, credential vaulting and audit logs. When an API would hold up better than a bot clicking through a screen, we recommend the API.
Power Platform and SharePoint
Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint set up around your Microsoft 365 tenant, with environments, data loss prevention and licensing worked out before the first app goes live.
Arabic documents and portals
Bots and flows that read Arabic and mixed-language documents, work in Arabic-interface portals, and send low-confidence reads to a person instead of into your ledger.
Governance and a way out
Named owners, monitoring and review routines. When a process outgrows low-code or a bot, we move it to custom software or an integration and carry the design across.

Asked before signing.
RPA, Power Platform or custom software: how do we choose?
It depends on the system, volume and lifespan of the process. Use RPA when a system has no API, Power Platform for internal apps on Microsoft 365, and custom software for high volume or complex rules. We assess each process and give you a written recommendation.
Will automation break when a website changes?
Bots that work through a screen can break, so we plan for it with monitoring, a test run after target-system updates and a named owner. Where an API exists we use it instead, because it is far less fragile.
Can you work on our existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. We start with a review of your tenant, environments and licences, then build inside it with governance in place. We also check where your data is stored against your policy before any app holds real records.
How long does a first automation take?
A first bot or a first Power App usually takes three to ten weeks, from assessment to a monitored production run. The range depends on how clean the process is and how many systems it touches. We confirm a fixed plan after the assessment.
