Blockchain development in Saudi Arabia

Blockchain Development for teams that need a ledger, not a headline

Smart contracts, tokenization and permissioned ledgers for supply chain, real estate and finance teams.

Overview

Blockchain is the right tool for a narrow set of problems: several parties who do not fully trust each other need one shared record that none of them can quietly rewrite. If that describes your situation, we build it. If a normal database would do the job, we will tell you, and that is a cheaper outcome for you.

Our work covers smart contract development, asset tokenization platforms and permissioned enterprise ledgers. Typical Saudi use cases sit in supply chain traceability, real estate and fractional ownership, trade documents, and internal audit trails across group companies.

Regulation shapes the design from day one. Tokenizing an asset or moving value touches rules set by financial and capital-market regulators, and personal data on a ledger raises PDPL questions that are hard to undo later. We build the technical layer and work alongside your legal counsel, who decides what is permitted for your business.

Who this is for

  • Several companies in your supply chain argue over whose record is correct.
  • You plan a fractional ownership or tokenized asset product and need a technical partner.
  • Your auditors want tamper-evident logs across group companies.
  • A vendor pitched blockchain and you want a second opinion on whether you need it.

What you get

Smart contracts written to be audited

Small, readable contracts with full test coverage, clear upgrade rules and documentation that an independent auditor can follow. We plan for a third-party security review before anything holds real value.

Tokenization platforms

Issuance, ownership records, transfer rules and investor onboarding for assets such as property or receivables, with Arabic-first screens and an admin side your operations team can run.

Permissioned enterprise ledgers

Shared records for consortium partners, with access control, privacy by design and integration into your ERP and document systems, so the ledger sits inside your processes rather than beside them.

A straight answer on fit

Before any build we test whether blockchain earns its place against a conventional database, and write down the reasoning. You decide with the facts on the table.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Do we actually need a blockchain?

Often you do not. A shared database with good access control solves many problems at lower cost. Blockchain earns its place when several independent parties must trust one record without a single owner. We run a short fit assessment first and give you a written answer, including when the honest recommendation is a standard database.

Is tokenization allowed in Saudi Arabia?

That depends on the asset, the structure and who the investors are, and it is a question for your legal counsel and the relevant regulator. We build the technical platform and design it so rules can be enforced in code, such as transfer limits and investor checks. We do not give legal or regulatory opinions.

Can smart contracts be hacked?

Poorly written ones can, and mistakes on a ledger are hard to reverse. We keep contracts small, test them heavily and plan an independent security audit before real value is involved. We also design upgrade and pause mechanisms so a discovered flaw does not become an unrecoverable loss.

How does this fit with our existing systems?

Through integration. The ledger usually holds the shared record while your ERP, CRM and document systems stay as they are, connected by APIs. We design the boundary so sensitive and personal data stays off the chain and only references or proofs are recorded.
