Industries
Learning tools that students actually open and staff can run.
Schools, universities and training institutes in the Kingdom often hold admissions, timetables, grades and course content in separate tools. We build the platforms that join them, in Arabic and English, and keep the administrative load off teachers. Teachers should spend their evenings planning lessons, not copying marks between screens.

What this removes.
Admissions and records in different systems
Today
Applications arrive by form and email, enrolment is retyped into the records system, and parents call to ask where their file is. Staff cannot answer because the answer lives in three places.
With the system
One application flow feeding the student record, with status visible to the family and the registrar.
Online courses that feel like file shares
Today
Content is uploaded as PDFs and recorded sessions with no structure, no progress tracking and no way to see who is falling behind.
With the system
Structured courses with assessments, progress views and prompts for the students who stall.
Assessment that takes teachers' weekends
Today
Marking, grade entry and report cards are repeated by hand, and errors surface only when a parent questions a result.
With the system
Assessments marked or assisted by the system, grades flowing to the report automatically, and a review step for the teacher.
Training records that cannot satisfy an auditor
Today
Attendance and completion data sit in spreadsheets, and certificates are issued by hand with no way to verify them.
With the system
Attendance, results and certificates held together, with a public verification link on every certificate.
What actually applies.
NELC accreditation for e-learning
The National eLearning Center sets quality standards for e-learning and reviews and accredits e-learning programmes and platforms in the Kingdom. We design platform features, content structure and reporting with those standards in mind and help you assemble the material an accreditation review asks for. Accreditation itself is decided by the Center.
TVTC requirements for training providers
Technical and vocational training providers work under the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation's licensing and quality requirements, including how trainees, hours and certificates are recorded. We build the records and certificate flows around the reporting your licence requires.
Student data and PDPL
Student records, including those of minors, are personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law. Parental consent, access roles and retention rules are built into the platform, and data stays in the Kingdom.
Delivered through these services.
Asked before signing.
Can you build on top of our existing learning management system?
Yes. If you run Moodle, Blackboard or a similar system, we can extend it with custom portals or integrations rather than replace it, which usually costs less and keeps staff in familiar tools. Single sign-on joins the old and new screens.
Will the platform be NELC accredited?
Accreditation is awarded to your programme or platform by the Center, not to software we write. We build to the standards it publishes and help you prepare the evidence for the review.
How long does a student portal take?
A first release with admissions, records, timetable and parent access typically takes 10 to 16 weeks. Fee payment, assessment tools and a mobile app come in later phases that we plan with you.
How do you handle children's data?
We collect only what each role needs, require guardian consent where the student is a minor, keep access logged, and store everything inside the Kingdom. Retention periods are set with you at design stage, and we document them for your records.

Tell us which task takes staff the most hours.
Name the admissions, grading or certificate process that hurts most. We will propose the smallest system that removes it.
