website maintenance plans

A website that stays updated, safe and fast after launch

Launching a site is the start. Plugins age, certificates expire, forms break and pages slow down. A care plan gives your site a monthly routine and a person to call when something looks wrong.

The direct answer

A website care plan is a monthly service that keeps a live site updated, backed up, secure and fast, and covers small edits. It suits businesses whose site was built by an agency or an in-house person who has moved on. We take over the routine, test every update first, and send a short monthly report.

Before and after

What this removes.

Updates are scary, so they never happen

Today

The site runs on old plugins because the last update broke the contact form and nobody wants a repeat.

With the system

Updates are tested on a copy first, then released in a quiet window, with a backup to return to.

A hacked site is found by customers

Today

Spam links or a redirect appear on the site and the first warning is a customer message.

With the system

Daily scans and monitoring catch changes early, and clean-up is part of the plan.

Small edits wait for a project

Today

Changing a phone number or a price needs a quote, so the old one stays live for weeks.

With the system

Each plan includes a block of edit time, and requests are done in days, not queued as projects.

The site slows down quietly

Today

Pages that loaded fast at launch now take several seconds on a phone, and bounce rates climb.

With the system

We check speed each month, fix heavy images and scripts, and tell you what is worth changing.

What we build

What lands in your hands.

Updates and compatibility testing

Core, theme and plugin updates tried on a staging copy before they go live.

Backups and restore checks

Daily backups stored off the server, with a restore test on a schedule.

Security monitoring

Malware scans, login hardening and clean-up if something gets in.

Speed and availability checks

Monitoring of load time and downtime, with monthly fixes for the worst offenders.

Content edits in two languages

Text, image and price changes in Arabic and English, kept in sync.

Monthly care report

What was updated, what was found, and what we recommend next.

How it works, and what to decide.

What a care plan covers month by month

Most website problems come from drift. A content management system such as WordPress depends on a core, a theme and often a dozen plugins, each with its own release schedule. When one falls behind, a known vulnerability stays open, or two components stop working together after the next update. A care plan puts that on a calendar. Each month we apply updates to a copy of your site first, test the pages that carry your business (contact forms, checkout, booking, language switcher), and only then release to the live site with a fresh backup in place.

Between updates the routine continues. Backups run daily and are stored away from the web server, because a backup on the same machine disappears with it. We scan for malware, watch availability, renew SSL certificates before they lapse and check that search engines can still reach your pages. If something breaks, you get a response by severity: a P1 such as a site that is down or showing a defaced page is acknowledged within 1 hour in cover hours. Lesser issues are answered within 1 to 2 working days.

Arabic, performance and the platforms you use

A bilingual site doubles the places where things can go wrong. Right-to-left layouts can break after a theme update, translated fields can drift out of sync, and Arabic fonts can add weight that slows every page. Our checks include both language versions and the switcher, and our edit allowance covers Arabic and English text, so a price change in one language does not leave the other stale.

Speed is measured against the Core Web Vitals that Google publishes, which track loading, responsiveness and visual stability on real devices. In Saudi Arabia most visitors arrive on a phone, so we test on mobile first. Typical fixes are properly sized images, deferred scripts, caching and removing plugins that no longer earn their place. We support WordPress, Shopify, Salla, Zid and custom builds, and the plan scope states what we can change on each. On hosted platforms such as Salla and Zid the platform handles servers and security, so the plan focuses on content, apps, speed and checkout testing.

Choosing a plan and what it costs

Plans differ on four dials: how many updates and checks we run, how many hours of edits are included, how fast we respond, and how many sites or stores are covered. An essentials plan suits a brochure site that changes rarely. A growth plan adds more edit time and speed work for a site that sells or generates leads. A priority plan adds faster response and extended cover hours for a site where an hour of downtime costs real money.

Pricing is a flat monthly fee per site, set after a one-week onboarding in which we audit the current state: versions, backups, hosting, security gaps and speed. If the audit finds a site in poor health, we propose a one-off clean-up before the plan starts, so you are not paying monthly fees to maintain a problem. You own the site, the content and the hosting account throughout, and you can leave with a handover document if the plan stops serving you.

The delivery plan

Five stages. You sign off every one.

Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Which platforms do your care plans cover?

We cover WordPress, Shopify, Salla, Zid and custom-built sites. The plan scope lists what we can change on each platform. On hosted platforms like Salla and Zid, the platform handles servers, so we focus on content, apps, speed and checkout testing.

Do you maintain a site that another agency built?

Yes. We start with a one-week audit of versions, backups, hosting and security. If the site needs a clean-up first, we quote it separately so you are not paying monthly fees to maintain an unresolved problem.

Are edits in Arabic included?

Yes. The edit allowance covers Arabic and English text, images and prices, and we keep both versions in sync. We also test the right-to-left layout and the language switcher after every update.

How fast do you respond if the site goes down?

We agree response tiers by plan. A P1, such as a site that is down or defaced, is acknowledged within 1 hour in cover hours. We do not guarantee an uptime percentage, because hosting providers and third parties influence it.

Who owns the site and the hosting account?

You do. The domain, hosting account, content and code stay in your name. If you leave, we provide a handover document with versions, access notes and the backup schedule so another team can continue.

Give your website a monthly routine

Send us the site address and the platform it runs on. We will audit it in a week and recommend a plan level with a flat monthly price.
