IT support outsourcing Saudi Arabia

One place your staff call when something stops working, in Arabic or English

We run the IT help desk for companies in Al Khobar, Dammam and across the Eastern Province. Staff raise a ticket, a named technician owns it, and you get a monthly report instead of a pile of chat messages.

The direct answer

IT help desk outsourcing means a service provider handles your staff's technology requests: login problems, new joiners, device faults, software access and routine questions. It suits companies with a small or stretched internal IT team. We run a tracked ticket queue with tiered support, agreed targets and a monthly report, and escalate to engineers when a fault goes deeper.

Before and after

What this removes.

IT is whoever answers WhatsApp

Today

Staff message one technician directly, requests get lost and nobody can see what is open.

With the system

Every request becomes a ticket with an owner, a status and a history the requester can follow.

New joiners wait days for a laptop

Today

HR tells IT late, accounts are created by hand and the first week is spent without access.

With the system

An onboarding checklist triggers account, device and software setup before the start date.

Leavers keep their access

Today

Nobody removes accounts and devices on the last day, which leaves open doors and unreturned equipment.

With the system

An offboarding checklist disables access, recovers devices and records each step.

No one can say if support is working

Today

You hear about problems from complaints, with no count of tickets, causes or waiting times.

With the system

A monthly report shows volume, response against agreed targets and the faults that keep returning.

What we build

What lands in your hands.

Ticketing and intake

Email, portal and chat channels feed one queue, with categories and priority set on arrival.

Tiered support model

First-line answers, second-line technicians and an escalation path to engineers for deeper faults.

Joiner, mover and leaver process

Checklists for accounts, devices, licences and access, agreed with HR and line managers.

Device and identity support

Laptops, phones, printers, sign-in, password resets and multi-factor setup.

Knowledge base

Short Arabic and English guides so common questions are answered without a ticket.

Reporting and review

Monthly ticket volume, response against targets, repeat causes and a list of recommended fixes.

In depth

How it works, and what to decide.

How the service model works

A help desk is a process before it is a team. Staff reach us through the channel they prefer, and every request lands in one queue as a ticket with a category, a priority and an owner. First-line support handles the common items: password resets, account unlocks, printer and Wi-Fi problems, access to shared drives and basic software questions. Anything that needs deeper investigation moves to second line, and faults that touch servers, networks or business applications escalate to engineers.

We agree service targets in the contract, not as a promise printed in a brochure. Targets cover how quickly a ticket is acknowledged and how often the requester is updated, set by priority and by the cover hours you choose. They are targets agreed for your business, reported honestly each month, and they depend on factors such as third-party vendors and device availability. In Saudi Arabia the working week runs Sunday to Thursday, and we plan cover around your actual hours, including Ramadan schedules and month-end peaks. We serve companies in Khobar and Dammam and can work remotely or on site when a device needs hands.

Onboarding, offboarding, devices and identity

Most help desk effort goes into people changing roles. We build a joiner, mover and leaver process with HR: a form triggers an account, mailbox, licences, group memberships and a prepared device before day one. On the last day a mirror checklist disables sign-in, removes licences, wipes or recovers the device and transfers files to a manager. Each step is logged, which makes the process auditable.

For identity and devices we work with the tools you already own, typically Microsoft 365 with Entra ID for accounts and Intune for device management, or an equivalent. We set up multi-factor sign-in, standard laptop images, disk encryption policy and an asset register so you know who holds which device. Where your security team or a framework such as the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls sets rules on access or asset management, we align the help desk procedures to those rules and keep the evidence. We do not replace your security function. We make routine access work follow its rules consistently.

Taking over from an internal team or another provider

Handover takes 2 to 4 weeks for a company of typical size. In the first week we collect the asset list, admin access, licence records and a list of recurring problems. We interview the people who currently do the work, because their unwritten knowledge is the most valuable input. Then we build the ticket categories, the joiner and leaver checklists and a first set of knowledge articles, and run a pilot with one department.

Pricing is usually a monthly fee based on the number of users and devices, the cover hours and the tiers included, with on-site visits and projects quoted separately. Longer terms bring a lower monthly rate, and we avoid lock-in by keeping documentation, the asset register and the ticket history in systems you own. Expect the first two months to be busier as hidden problems surface. After that, the monthly report should show repeat issues falling as permanent fixes are made. Larger changes, such as a laptop refresh or a move to a new identity platform, are scoped as projects with their own plan.

The delivery plan

Five stages. You sign off every one.

Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.

01 / 04

Scope and cover agreement

1 week

We list users, devices and systems in scope, agree cover hours and set the priority definitions.

What you do
  • Share the user and device counts
  • Name approvers for access requests
  • Confirm cover hours and sites
What we deliver
  • A service scope document
  • A priority and target table
  • An escalation contact list
Exit criteria

We move on when scope, cover hours and targets are agreed in writing.

02 / 04

We collect admin access, build the asset register and learn the recurring problems from the current team.

What you do
  • Grant admin access
  • Introduce current technicians and vendors
  • Share licence and warranty records
What we deliver
  • An asset register
  • A known-issues list
  • A handover risk note
Exit criteria

We move on when we hold working admin access and a complete first asset register.

03 / 04

Set up and pilot

1 to 2 weeks

We configure the ticket queue, the joiner and leaver checklists and the knowledge base, then pilot with one team.

What you do
  • Choose the pilot department
  • Review the checklists with HR
  • Tell staff how to raise a ticket
What we deliver
  • A live ticket queue
  • Joiner and leaver checklists
  • The first knowledge articles

What you do
  • Raise requests through the queue
  • Attend the monthly review
  • Approve recommended fixes
What we deliver
  • Daily ticket handling
  • A monthly service report
  • A ranked list of permanent fixes

We move on when the report shows performance against targets and you have chosen what to fix at the root.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Do you guarantee response and fix times?

We agree response and update targets by priority in the contract and report against them monthly. We do not guarantee fix times, because those depend on the cause, third-party vendors and device availability. We escalate early and tell you honestly.

Can you support staff on site in Khobar and Dammam?

Yes. We serve companies in Al Khobar, Dammam and the Eastern Province. Most tickets are solved remotely, and where a device needs hands-on work we arrange an on-site visit under terms agreed in the contract.

Is support available in Arabic?

Yes. Staff can raise and follow tickets in Arabic or English, knowledge articles are written in both, and the monthly report comes in the language your management prefers.

What do we need to give you to start?

We need admin access to your identity and device tools, your asset and licence records, and a contact in HR for joiners and leavers. We use least-privilege access, log it, and remove it when the contract ends.

Can the service grow as we add staff?

Yes. Pricing follows users, devices and cover hours, so adding staff adjusts the monthly fee in a way that is written into the contract. You are not locked into a fixed package that no longer fits.

Give your staff a help desk that keeps a record

Tell us how many users and devices you have and where your current support breaks down. We will propose tiers, cover hours and a monthly fee.
