Data and analytics in Saudi Arabia
Data & Analytics for Saudi finance, sales and operations teams
Dashboards, warehouses and pipelines that put your ERP, CRM and finance data in one place leaders can trust.

Overview
Most companies do not lack data. They lack one version of it. Sales sits in the CRM, money in the ERP, invoices in the e-invoicing system, and the monthly pack in a spreadsheet someone rebuilds by hand. The result is a meeting that begins with an argument about which number is right.
Procul Digital builds the layer that ends that argument. Data engineering collects and checks the records from your systems and stores them in a warehouse or lakehouse. Business intelligence turns the same records into dashboards in Arabic and English, with access set by role. Each piece is designed to feed the next.
We are based in Al Khobar and serve companies across the Kingdom. We choose tools by your stack and your hosting rules, not by a vendor relationship, and we plan in-Kingdom hosting from the first week when your data requires it.
Who this is for
- Management reports are rebuilt in Excel every month and never match finance.
- You have several systems and no single view of sales, stock and cash.
- An AI or forecasting pilot is stuck because nobody trusts the underlying data.
- Your data must stay in the Kingdom and you need a clear, documented answer on where.
What you get
Dashboards built on a trusted model
Power BI or another tool, reading from one model with agreed definitions, reconciled to your ledger and ZATCA invoice data. Arabic layouts are designed right to left from the first sketch.
Pipelines and a warehouse you own
Scheduled loads from your ERP, CRM and databases into raw, cleaned and business-ready layers, with tests on every run and code held in your repositories.
Privacy and hosting designed in
Personal fields are mapped, masked where not needed and restricted by role in line with the PDPL, and the platform can run in the Kingdom, with the location written into the handover.
A foundation for AI
Predictive models and knowledge assistants need clean, documented records. The same data layer that feeds your dashboards feeds them, so nothing is prepared twice.
Services in this practice
Asked before signing.
Where do we start: dashboards or data engineering?
Start with the dashboard question. If your sources are few and clean, we build the model and reports together. If they are many or messy, we build the data layer first so the dashboards do not inherit the mess, and nobody pays twice. A short audit tells us which.
Do you only work with Power BI?
No. Power BI is our usual starting point because the licenses and skills are common in the Kingdom, but we also work with Looker, Tableau and QuickSight, and we hold no vendor partnership. You get a written comparison and the choice stays yours.
Can our data stay inside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We can host in a Saudi data center, a cloud region inside the Kingdom or your own environment. We plan the location with you at the start and record it, together with access and backup arrangements, in the handover.
Who owns the dashboards, pipelines and code?
You do. Reports, models, pipeline code, tests and documentation are handed over from day one and sit in your accounts and repositories. Support after launch is optional and covers new data sources, new reports, fixes and a monthly health check of the whole setup.
