Overview

Can the AI run without sending our data outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes, where your data requires it. We can deploy models in an in-Kingdom cloud region or on infrastructure you control, and we design retrieval so documents stay in your environment. We decide the hosting option per data class during the first stage and write it down so your compliance team can review it.

How good is the Arabic?

It depends on the task and the data, so we measure it instead of promising it. We build an evaluation set from your real Arabic documents and conversations, including dialect and mixed-language cases, and report results before launch. If accuracy is not good enough for a task, we say so and propose a narrower scope.

How long before we see a working version?

A scoped first version usually takes a matter of weeks, not quarters. We start with one task and one data source, measure it against your evaluation set, and expand only when the numbers justify it. You see something working early enough to change direction cheaply.

Who owns the models and the data?

You do. Your data stays yours, prompts and outputs are logged in your environment, and the code and configuration live in your repository. Where we fine-tune a model on your data, that tuned model belongs to you. We will explain any third-party model licence terms before you commit.
