Find out what your users actually do before you build more

Opinions in a meeting room are cheap. We talk to your real users in Arabic and English, watch how they work, read your analytics, and hand you a short list of decisions backed by evidence.

The direct answer

UX research is the structured study of how people use, or would use, your product: who they are, what they are trying to get done, and where they struggle. It fits teams about to build or redesign a product and unsure which problems matter most. We run interviews, observation and analytics review, then deliver ranked findings your team can act on.

Before and after

What this removes.

The roadmap is built on guesses

Today

Features get chosen by whoever argues loudest, and nobody can say how many users actually want them.

With the system

Each roadmap item points to a finding from real users, with a note on how many people raised it.

Users drop off and you cannot say why

Today

Analytics show a funnel leak on step three, but not what people were thinking when they left.

With the system

Sessions and interviews explain the leak in the user's own words, so the fix targets the cause.

Research tools assume English-speaking users

Today

Panels, scripts and reports were written in English and miss how Arabic-speaking users really talk about the task.

With the system

Interviews run in the participant's language, and findings keep the original Arabic quotes beside the translation.

Findings arrive as a 60-slide deck nobody reads

Today

The last study ended in a long report that sat in a shared folder while the team kept building.

With the system

You get a one-page summary, a ranked opportunity list and a workshop to turn findings into backlog items.

What we build

What lands in your hands.

Research plan

Questions, participants, method and timeline agreed before the first session.

Participant recruitment

Screeners and scheduling for your customers, staff or a matched outside panel.

Interview and observation sessions

Recorded with consent, run in Arabic or English, with notes in both.

Analytics and support-ticket review

What users do at scale, checked against what they say.

Journey maps and segment models

A shared picture of the task, the pain points and the moments that matter.

Ranked findings and workshop

A prioritized opportunity list and a working session with your team.

In depth

How it works, and what to decide.

How a research study actually runs

Most studies fit into two to four weeks. We start with a plan: the three or four questions the business needs answered, the people who can answer them, and the method that fits. Interviews suit questions about motivation and context. Observation suits questions about workflow, especially in clinics, warehouses, branches and back offices where the real process differs from the written one. Surveys and analytics suit questions about scale.

Five to eight interviews per user segment is usually enough to see the main patterns. Beyond that, the same themes repeat. We code the notes, group them into themes, and count how many participants raised each one, so you can see the difference between a loud complaint and a common one. Every finding links back to a recording clip or a quote, which makes it hard to dismiss in a review meeting.

Research in Arabic, with Saudi consent rules

Language changes the answers. A participant describing a payment problem in Arabic uses different words, and different emotional weight, than the same person answering in English. We run sessions in the language the participant chooses, take notes in both, and keep the original Arabic wording in the report. Gulf dialect matters too: a script written in formal Arabic can feel stiff, so we adapt the phrasing while keeping the questions neutral.

Recordings and personal details are personal data. We collect an explicit consent statement before each session, state the purpose, and agree a retention period with you. The design follows the principles of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) published by SDAIA: purpose limitation, minimization and a clear deletion date. If participants are your own customers, we use your contact channels and never export their details into our own tools without your sign-off.

Turning findings into decisions

A study is only worth the decisions it changes. We close every project with an opportunity list that ranks problems by how many users hit them, how badly, and how costly they are to fix. That ranking is a starting point for your product owner, not a verdict. In the workshop we walk through it with your team and convert the top items into backlog entries with acceptance criteria.

Research also feeds the work that follows. Journey maps shape the screens in prototyping, personas set the vocabulary for the design system, and open questions become the test plan for usability testing. If you plan to build with us, the research output is written so a designer or engineer can use it directly, without a briefing call to decode it.

The delivery plan

Five stages. You sign off every one.

Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.

01 / 04

Frame the questions

2 to 4 days

We agree what you need to learn, who to talk to and which methods fit the time you have.

What you do
  • Share existing analytics and past studies
  • Name the decisions waiting on this research
  • Introduce a contact for recruitment
What we deliver
  • A one-page research plan
  • Screener and consent script
  • A session calendar
Exit criteria

We move on when the questions, participants and schedule are approved in writing.

02 / 04

Recruit and prepare

4 to 7 days

We find participants, test the interview guide with one pilot session and set up recording and consent.

What you do
  • Approve the participant list
  • Release staff for site visits
  • Confirm which data we may see
What we deliver
  • Confirmed participants
  • A tested interview guide in both languages
  • Signed consent records
Exit criteria

We move on when every session is booked and the pilot ran without changes to the core questions.

03 / 04

Run the sessions

1 to 2 weeks

We conduct interviews and observation, review analytics and support tickets, and keep running notes.

What you do
  • Observe a session if you wish
  • Answer questions about internal process
  • Flag any participant concern
What we deliver
  • Session notes in Arabic and English
  • Tagged recordings and quotes
  • A mid-study check-in
Exit criteria

We move on when the planned number of sessions is done and new sessions stop surfacing new themes.

04 / 04

Synthesize and present

3 to 5 days

We code the notes, build journey maps and rank the opportunities, then run a workshop with your team.

What you do
  • Join the findings workshop
  • Challenge the ranking with your market knowledge
  • Choose the first items to act on
What we deliver
  • A one-page summary
  • Journey maps and segment models
  • A ranked opportunity list and backlog entries
Exit criteria

We move on when your team has chosen which findings enter the next sprint.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

How many users do we need to interview?

For most products, five to eight interviews per user segment reveal the main patterns. If you serve three distinct groups, such as shoppers, store staff and administrators, plan for roughly fifteen to twenty-four sessions in total, plus analytics for scale.

Can you run research in Arabic with Gulf dialect speakers?

Yes. Sessions run in Arabic or English based on what the participant prefers, with notes kept in both languages. Reports keep original Arabic quotes next to the translation so your team can check the meaning for themselves.

What does UX research cost and what drives the price?

Cost depends on the number of user segments, the number of sessions, whether we recruit the participants, and whether site visits are needed. We quote a fixed price after the framing call, and recruiting from your own customer list is the quickest way to lower it.

How do you handle recordings and personal data?

Every participant signs a consent statement that names the purpose and the retention period. Recordings are stored in access-controlled folders, shared only with named people, and deleted on the date we agree with you, in line with PDPL principles.

Do we own the research materials?

Yes. Recordings, transcripts, journey maps, personas and the final report are yours when the project closes. We keep no copies beyond the retention period agreed in the consent statement and the project contract.
