Win the bid, then run the site from one set of records.
Contractors and developers lose money in the gaps: a tender notice seen late, a drawing revision that never reached site, a permit chased by phone. We build the systems that catch those gaps, from the first Etimad alert to handover documents.

What this removes.
Tenders found too late to price well
Today
Someone checks the government portal when they remember, and a good opportunity is spotted with days left to prepare.
With the system
Alerts matched to your trades and regions, with documents collected and a bid checklist opened the same day.
Drawings and revisions out of step
Today
Site teams build from whichever PDF is in their WhatsApp, and a superseded drawing costs a day of rework.
With the system
One controlled document register with revision history, where site staff always open the current drawing.
Permits and approvals tracked in someone's head
Today
Municipal permits, inspections and consultant approvals are followed up by phone, and a delay is discovered when work stops.
With the system
A tracker with owners, expiry dates and reminders for every permit, linked to the activity it blocks.
Property listings and contracts handled by hand
Today
Developers and agents manage units, viewings and lease paperwork across spreadsheets, and buyers wait days for a reply.
With the system
A property portal with live availability, enquiry routing and contract steps that follow the official process.
What actually applies.
Etimad government tenders
Government procurement in the Kingdom runs through the Etimad platform, where tenders are published, documents purchased and offers submitted within fixed deadlines. We build tracking and bid-preparation tools around Etimad's published tender information. We do not submit offers on your behalf, and your registration and submissions stay in your own account.
Balady and municipal permits
Building permits, inspections and licences are handled through the Balady platform of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing. We model those permit stages in your project tracker so the status of each application is visible beside the schedule it affects.
Ejar and real-estate transaction platforms
Residential and commercial leasing is documented through the Ejar network, and the Real Estate General Authority governs brokerage and off-plan sales. Property platforms we build follow the data those processes require and link out to them instead of replacing them.
Delivered through these services.

Can this work on a live tender with a tight deadline?
Yes. A first working index over a real tender package can be ready within about a week, so your team can search it while the clock is still running. The wider system follows in stages.
Does it submit our bids on Etimad?
No. It helps you find, read and prepare. Submission, payments and your registration stay in your own Etimad account under your own authorised users, which is where they belong.
Our main contractor does not allow sharing documents with third parties. Is that a problem?
Not if the system runs inside your own environment. We deploy to your cloud tenancy or servers, so project documents stay in your control, and we hand over everything needed to run it without us.
How long does a project portal take?
A first release with document register, revisions, permits tracker and user roles usually takes 10 to 14 weeks. Mobile site tools and integrations with your ERP come after, and we plan the order together.

Send us one live package, we will show you what it hides.
Twenty to thirty representative documents from a real project are enough to build a working search and cross-check against your own content.
