Cloud & DevOps for Saudi companies that need to know where their data lives

Migration, CI/CD, Kubernetes and in-Kingdom hosting that keeps your data where regulators expect it.

Overview

Most Saudi companies do not have a cloud problem. They have a hosting question, a release question and a bill question, and nobody owns all three. We cover them together: moving workloads to the cloud, automating how code reaches production, running containers properly, and keeping spend under control.

Where your data sits matters here more than in most markets. Personal data under PDPL, sector rules from the regulator you report to, and NCA controls all shape which region, which provider and which access model you can use. We decide that with you at the start, per data class, instead of discovering it at audit time.

The work is practical. A migration plan you can read, pipelines your own engineers can run after we leave, and infrastructure written as code that sits in your repository, not ours.

Who this is for

  • Your ERP or customer platform is on aging servers and a refresh date is approaching.
  • Your data classification requires hosting inside the Kingdom and nobody has mapped it yet.
  • Releases take weeks, depend on one person, or break on Thursday evenings.
  • Your cloud invoice keeps growing and no one can explain why.

What you get

Migration with a reason

We assess each workload before moving it: keep, rehost, rebuild or retire. You get a sequence, a rollback plan and a cutover window your business can live with, not a single risky weekend.

Releases that stop being events

CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, staged environments and one-click rollback. Your team ships smaller changes more often, and a bad release becomes a ten-minute fix instead of a night shift.

Containers and Kubernetes where they pay off

We recommend Kubernetes when your workload needs it and say so when a simpler managed service is enough. Either way, you get monitoring, alerting and runbooks written for your team.

In-Kingdom hosting and cost control

Data residency design for in-Kingdom cloud regions and local providers, plus a regular review of idle resources, sizing and commitments, so the monthly invoice matches what you actually use.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Can you keep our workloads inside Saudi Arabia?

Yes, where your data classification requires it. We map each data class to a hosting option, using in-Kingdom cloud regions or local providers, and we design to the CST and NCA requirements that apply to your sector. Some workloads can stay on a global region. We document the reasoning for each decision so your compliance team can review it.

Which cloud platforms do you work with?

We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, including mixed setups. We recommend a platform during assessment based on your applications, your data classes and the regions available to you, rather than defaulting to one vendor. Your cloud account stays in your company name and the infrastructure code sits in your repository.

How long does a cloud migration take?

It depends on how many systems move and how tangled their dependencies are. A single application can move in weeks. A full estate with integrations usually runs in phases over several months. We give a range after the assessment stage, with the order of moves and the rollback plan written down before anything is touched.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. Kubernetes helps when you run many services, need fast scaling or want a consistent platform across teams. For a handful of applications, a managed container or platform service costs less to run. We tell you which applies to you and what your team would need to operate it.
