Team

Who leads it, and how a project team is built.

We name the people who have agreed to be named. For everyone else, this page describes the roles on a project so you know who you will be working with.

Leadership

Ali Asif

Founder and CEO

Ali founded Procul Solutions Company and leads Procul Digital. He reads every project brief himself, sets the delivery approach with the client, and stays accountable for the result.

How the team is structured

The roles on a typical project

The mix changes with the work. A store build leans on design and front-end, an ERP rollout on architecture and integration. These are the roles we draw from.

Engagement lead

Your single point of contact. Owns scope, the plan and every sign-off, and reports progress in plain language.

Solution architect

Decides how the system is structured, which Saudi rules apply to it and where it is hosted, before anyone writes code.

Engineers

Front-end, back-end and mobile engineers who build in short cycles and show working software at the end of each one.

Designer

UX and interface design in Arabic and English from the first sketch, with right-to-left layouts treated as a primary case.

QA engineer

Writes the test plan with you, automates what repeats and checks every release before it reaches your users.

DevOps and security

Pipelines, environments, monitoring and the security controls the project needs, set up early rather than bolted on.
