Custom software development company in Saudi Arabia
Custom Software Development for Saudi businesses
Systems engineered around how your company actually works, from internal tools to enterprise platforms.

Overview
Off-the-shelf software gets you most of the way, then stops at the process that makes your company different. Custom software closes that gap: a system shaped around how your teams, approvals and customers actually work, owned by you and built to change as you do.
Procul Digital builds internal systems, enterprise portals, workflow engines and integrations for companies in the Kingdom. Every build is Arabic-first with proper RTL, handles Hijri and Gregorian dates, and is designed around ZATCA e-invoicing, PDPL and the hosting rules your sector sets.
We start with a short consulting phase so the scope, the data and the integration points are agreed before code is written. You then see working software in stages, not a reveal at the end.
Who this is for
- Your ERP cannot express an approval flow that your operations depend on.
- Staff move data between three systems by hand every week.
- A legacy application is slowing every change and has no owner left.
- You need a portal for customers, suppliers or branches under your own brand.
What you get
Software consulting first
We map your processes, systems and constraints, then give you a plain recommendation: build, buy or modernize. Sometimes the honest answer is a smaller build than you expected.
Integration that holds up
ERP, CRM, payment gateways, ZATCA and other government platforms connect through documented APIs with retries, monitoring and sandbox testing, so staff stop re-keying data.
Legacy modernization
Old systems that nobody dares touch can be moved step by step to a maintainable stack, keeping the business running while the replacement takes over module by module.
Code you own
You receive the source, the documentation and the deployment scripts. Hosting can sit inside the Kingdom where your regulator or customer contract requires it.
Services in this practice
Asked before signing.
Should we build custom software or buy a package?
Buy when a package covers most of the process and the rest is configuration. Build when the process itself is your advantage, or when stitching packages together costs more than one purpose-built system. Our consulting phase ends with a written recommendation, and it can say buy.
Who owns the code once the project ends?
You do. The source code, documentation and deployment scripts are handed over, and the contract states this in plain terms. You are free to run the system with your own team, with us under a support plan, or with another vendor.
Can you build to Saudi data residency and compliance needs?
Yes. We design for PDPL, ZATCA e-invoicing and the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls where they apply, and we can host in-Kingdom. Which controls bind you depends on your sector, so we confirm them with your compliance lead at the start.
How do you handle Arabic and right-to-left interfaces?
Arabic is a first design input, not a translation added later. Layouts are mirrored properly, forms handle Arabic and Latin text together, and reports print correctly with Hijri and Gregorian dates when your users need both.
