A hands-on AI training programme for a training provider's own staff
A training provider based in Al Khobar wanted its own people to use AI well in daily work, not just hear about it. We designed and ran a hands-on programme for its staff, built around real tasks instead of slides.

The problem
Most AI training stops at a demo. Staff watch a tool do something clever, go back to their desks, and change nothing. The provider wanted a programme where people practise on the kind of work they actually do, and leave with habits and rules they can keep using.
The shape of the programme
Prompts that work
How to brief a model clearly, give it context, ask for a format and check the answer. Practised on everyday writing, summarising and analysis tasks.
Document workflows
Turning long documents into summaries, comparisons, drafts and checklists, and building a repeatable routine for the tasks that come up every week.
Agent basics
What an agent is, how it differs from a chat window, and how a first small agent can take a task from start to finish with a person approving the result.
Governance and review
What data stays out of AI tools, who reviews what before it goes out, and how to keep a written record. Rules the team can adopt as its own.
How it ran
Every module was hands-on. Participants worked on tasks drawn from their own day-to-day work, and each session ended with something they could reuse the next morning.

What staff take away
A shared way of working: a clear prompting habit, document routines they can repeat, a first agent they understand, and written rules on what stays with a human. We publish no scores for this programme, because the point was practice, not a certificate.
